Duties: Hosting, Project Requirements/Solution Research and planning, Server Side Setup for Development Environment, Site Development and Mobilization, Pre and Post Launch Testing Checklists, Site deployment, Meta/Instagram Paid Advertising, Newsletter Design and Management, Basic Podcast Audio and Video Editing, Podcast Management and Proper Aggregation Setup.

When I took on SRT Breakthrough as a client they had a site that had been provided to them by a developer who had built it using a cracked theme, with no update license, and at that point it was heavily hacked. I was able to clean out all hacked files, salvage the existing data, export it and then redevelop the site. I currently still manage and maintain this site as a freelancer and have for over 4 years. Although it started as just an info site, it now includes ecommerce in the form of info products, downloads, tickets for events, tickets for retreats with payment plans, tickets for masterclasses with zoom integration, Memberships giving access to the LMS based online academy.
Most of the design elements between the main menu/blue subpage header and non existant footer have been updated and revamped by me, but due to the original site being hacked, the initial budget for the design and development was fairly minimal and it was decided it should hold largely to what the original developer put forth. I have been hoping to secure a redesign budget, but that has not been a priority to this point.
I am however currently in the process of recommending and getting approval for a basic reorganization of the site structure that steps away from a now released social media, youtube and podcast manager's recommendations, in order to make the site more user friendly to navigate. As the site currently is now, it does not promote all of companies offerings in a clear and effective manner, and the online academy which is source for monthly residuals for the company is not intuitively placed at the top level of the main menu and is located in the shop.
